Bud has become a household name in Montgomery and ensures the highest quality of seafood by cutting every piece of fish that comes through Jubilee himself. Sous Chef, Josh McBride hand crafts each dish into the perfect melody. Josh is also part of Jubilee’s management team and responsible for coordinating the back of the house.
